Performance Video

For my performance video I chose to focus on climate change because it is a somewhat controversial topic that is very prevalent in today's society. I'm from Maryland, a blue state, but chose to film the video in Florida because I was curious to see how many people would honk since Florida is a swing state. Most cars didn't honk which wasn't very surprising but disappointing. We went walking around rush hour in the hope that we'd pass more cars, which we did, but overall most cars didn't honk. I was inspired by artists who took more of a political stance in a public place with their art such as the Guerrilla Girls.
